Kingston Chamber of Commerce: Women in Business Forum 2025
WIB Forum 2025 provides an inclusive platform for women to share business experiences and connect with like-minded professionals.
Event description
The Kingston Chamber of Commerce Women in Business Forum 2025 offers a unique opportunity to pause from day-to-day operations and focus on your growth as a leader. Through a half-day of expert-led workshops, empowering guest talks, and curated networking, this event empowers women to work on their business – not just in it.
Building on the success of our inaugural event, the 2025 Forum will again provide an inclusive and inspiring platform for businesswomen across industries to invest in their professional development, build lasting connections, and unlock new opportunities.
Whether you’re scaling your enterprise, launching a startup, or developing your leadership career, this Forum is designed for you.
Objectives:
- Empower: to provide valuable insights and networking opportunities to empower women entrepreneurs, encouraging diversity and inclusion by sharing best practices in the workplace.
- Learn: to address common challenges faced by women in business, providing insights and strategies to overcome them.
- Inspire: to highlight the achievements of women in various roles, sharing their stories to inspire others and discuss pathways to success.
- Connect: to create a platform for professional connections and collaborations.
Why are we organising this event?

From driving economic growth and innovation to enhancing corporate performance and fostering social equality, the contributions of women are vital.

We’re excited to announce that this event will take place at DoubleTree by Hilton, Kingston upon Thames, with the networking lunch at their Hawkers Bar and Brasserie.
Who We Are:
Independent. Local. Business-focused.
We’re the formally recognised business representative for the local authority of Kingston upon Thames, New Malden and Surbiton – and one of London’s largest independent borough chambers. We work closely with the local council, London Chamber of Commerce and regional partners to support the businesses that power our borough.
Our business community includes freelancers, founders, high street retailers, educators, consultants and teams from some of Kingston’s best-known organisations. Whether you’re based here or looking to build links in the area, you’ll find practical ways to get involved, stay visible and meet others who are serious about doing business locally.
Our events cover everything from early-start Business Breakfasts and Women in Business lunches, to green business forums, Coffee+Connect for freelancers and Netwalking in the borough’s riverside and parks. We also run larger dates like the Kingston Borough Business Awards, Kingston & Merton Business EXPO and the Future of Work Summit – designed to bring local ideas, employers and talent into the same room.
We’ve been here since 1905 – originally formed to give local businesses a voice in borough decision-making.
Today, we’re still focused on the same mission: making sure Kingston’s business community is heard, connected and supported with events and services that match how our community actually work now.
