About Loveness

Loveness, founder of Loveness Lee, has been a trained jeweller for over 15 years and founded her business in 2017. Having grown up in China with her architect mother, Loveness quickly developed a taste for the world of art, design and craftsmanship.  

Upon moving to the UK, Loveness studied jewellery design at an extensive list of top London-based universities. She started her studies at Central Saint Martins, and Middlesex University, rounding them off with an MA at the well renowned Sir John Cass Faculty at London Metropolitan University. It was during this time that she decided to take on the world as a young entrepreneur.

In 2019, she opened the first Loveness Lee Store located in the Oxo Tower London. It has been described as “walking into her brain” with its rough, organic interiors and array of dried flowers on display. The space doubles up as a workshop where all pieces are made, meaning customers can observe the team handcrafting the jewellery whilst browsing the store.

About Kuo-Fang

Kuo-Fang Yang-O’Connor is an entrepreneur and founder of Y + O Lux, a global boutique consultancy firm that helps fashion start-ups and entrepreneurs manifest their ideas into thriving businesses. An expert at spotting talent, investors come to her for collaborations because she identifies emerging individuals and tailors successful, results-driven strategies. Since starting in 2018, she has also been working with charity foundation The Prince’s Trust to mentor young entrepreneurs launching their businesses.

 When the COVID-19 crisis hit, Kuo-Fang started to offer specific workshops through Y+O Lux, aimed at helping small and independent business manage their teams as the navigate the pandemic. An experienced mentor, creative business advisor, personal image consultant, strategic thinker, public speaker and mother, Kuo-Fang works extensively across several areas including luxury fashion goods, sustainability, lifestyle and wellness and is driven by her passion for mentoring people and helping them achieve their ambitions.
