We offer a fresh approach to raising early-stage capital by democratising angel investment for women and invest in products and services that meet the needs and interests of women with a social, environmental or ethical purpose.

Guided by a proven philosophy that inclusivity is an essential element of innovation, at Mint Ventures we understand the power of women in entrepreneurial teams and use it as an advantage in selecting investment opportunities. We always work to closely align interests of both investors and entrepreneurs at all stages of the investment process. We invest in diverse teams that include ambitious companies at any growth stage and in any sector that meets the needs and interests of women including, for example, retail, marketplace, femtech and healthtech. To apply there must be at least one woman in the leadership team or board, as well as a clear environmental, social or ethical purpose, including how ESG criteria will be met. We support companies looking to raise £50-£250,000 seed equity investment. Our preference is to invest in Scottish-based companies eligible for EIS/SEIS tax relief.
