We launched Catalyst in January 2021 to address the gap in scale-up patient capital for innovative businesses involved in creating a more sustainable world.

Catalyst has made investments in businesses such as Sun King, the largest provider of solar energy products for off-grid homes in Africa and Asia; Vaccitech – the originator of the Oxford COVID vaccine; and Greencore Homes, a climate positive UK housebuilder. In December 2022, we became one of the first large UK asset managers to sign the UK Government’s Investing in Women Code.
