Goldman Sachs 10,000 Small Businesses UK helps entrepreneurs create jobs and economic opportunity by providing business and management training to high-growth small business owners in the UK. Small businesses are the engine of the UK economy and at the heart of their local communities; 10,000 Small Businesses equips them with the tools to grow sustainability and unlock their full potential.

The programme is delivered in partnership by Goldman Sachs, Oxford Saïd Business School and Aston University, is free for all participants, and to date has reached over 2,000 participants in the UK. The 100-hour curriculum has been designed specifically by international and national experts in entrepreneurial learning to be practical and applied. Working alongside the most senior decision makers of 70 other established businesses. Each cohort provides:

  • education and insights from the UK’s leading academics
  • dedicated, highly experienced mentor
  • peer-to-peer support
  • robust, supportive and engaging alumni network which provides continuous learning.

After graduating, participants enter a global alumni community, where they receive ongoing support through specialist workshops, national alumni events, and ongoing peer-to-peer mentoring.
