Anticus Partners is a fund management company based in Yorkshire, currently managing the Finance Yorkshire Equity Fund (£50m), and more recently the Growth and Seedcorn funds (£36m) on behalf of Finance Yorkshire, a regional ‘equity gap funder’.
As managers of these Funds, Anticus have invested in 61 SME’s with an investment size of £100k to £2m. We are actively investing from the two following equity funds;
1. Growth Fund – £24m
- Max investment £1.5m
- Equity/mezzanine risk capital – flexible structures debt blended with equity depending on requirements.
- MBOs, M&A, Growth Cap, Cash Out/Share Restructures.
2. Sector agnostic Seedcorn Fund – £12m
- Max check £1.5m – likely to be in tranches.
- Equity risk capital.
- Early-stage businesses with fully developed product or service ready for commercialisation.
- Sector agnostic.
- High growth markets.
