Female-Led Healthtech Startup Perci Health Raises £3M to Expand Virtual Cancer Clinic

Published: June 16, 2025

Perci Health, an all-female founded digital health company, has just raised £3 million in new investment, bringing its total funding to £7.7 million. The round was led by Octopus Ventures, with backing from Guinness Ventures, The Conduit Impact Fund, and Macmillan Cancer Support, among others.

The company is pioneering a virtual cancer clinic, powered by AI and human expertise, that gives patients access to personalised, multidisciplinary care—from oncology specialists to psychologists, nutritionists, and fertility advisors—all from home.

Founded by Kelly McCabe and Lara Mott, Perci Health stands out not only for its impact in healthcare, but for what it represents:

100% female executive leadership
60% female representation on its board
A powerful example of purpose-driven innovation led by women

At Invest in Women Hub, we spotlight success stories like this because they’re more than headlines—they’re proof of concept. Female founders are building solutions that improve lives, attract investment, and drive systems-level change.

This raise confirms what we believe: when women lead, industries evolve.

We look forward to seeing Perci Health continue to scale its reach and redefine how cancer care can—and should—be delivered.
